DANIEL CHAVEZ

Danny has always viewed life as a privilege, every minute as a gift and lives daily by sharing his gift of human connection that create beautiful and fun memories. 

 

Danny was born in Mexico and was brought to the U.S. for the opportunity for a better life.

Raised by a single father since the age of 5, Danny’s tenacity to live life to its fullest and make his family proud has always been his driving force. 

His competitive and lively nature was put to great use throughout his youth and into college as a competitive athlete in soccer and football.

Danny graduated from Cal Lutheran University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis on Sports Management and a minor in Spanish. He started his career as a social media + content creator for Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks, where his love for videography and photography also began. Danny was tasked with providing content of local and professional athletes utilizing the facility, all while managing the growth of the company’s social media presence.

 

He maintained his position during the company’s partnership with Kobe Bryant and the transition to Mamba Sports Academy and continued to shoot videography and photography with athletes such as Anthony Davis, Kyle Kuzma, Aaron Donald, Shareef O’Neal, Kevin Durant, the Mambacitas and even  Kobe Bryant (their Coach) himself. This chapter of Danny’s life was pertinent to where he stands today.

As much as he enjoyed creating art surrounded by athletes he admired, Danny’s heart lies in the gym and has always wanted to encourage others to  grow in the mind, body and spirit. So, he obtained his NASM Personal Training Certification and began Next Day Performance, a 1-on-1 personal training program that also offers digital workout programs, nutritional challenges and individual online training. Danny also hosts a morning bootcamp called “The Breakfast Club”, made up of women from all walks of life and training levels. The classes are constantly sold out because of the welcoming, positive and motivating environment he's created. 

If you know Danny, you know he's a Certified Lover Boy, and can't stay away from love. His current photography focuses are surprise proposals, engagement shoots, family portraits and weddings.  Danny’s warm and positive nature sets the tone for his clients to feel comfortable, relaxed and excited for their sessions with him.

And can't forget to mention his love for sneakers. Danny is always trying to cop the next drop. Sometimes he puts them up for sale, so be sure to check periodically if you want to cop a pair yourself.
